Stakeholders and key members states attributed the challenges of the developing nations in East and Central Africa as a result of trade barriers and lack of 100% commitment to partnership agreements, however as a great milestone in the near future in development of infrastructure and meeting development goals and agenda for the East African Countries DR ANNALD NYASINGA ONGWENYI Emphasized on the need of relooking at the development grants and loans granted by strategic partners in east and central Africa through the global world fund in his presentation in the annual summit held in Sydney Australia. The African Union was greatly impressed with DR ANNALD ONGWENYI; s contribution in offering strategic guidance and attracting funds to develop Africa development agenda. According to DR ANNALD NYASINGA ONGWENYI the role of development in terms of linkages for proper governance cuts a multidisciplinary angle along developing nations DR ANNALD ONGWENYI Opines that there needs to be greater dialogue to foster better development in East and Central Africa Speaking in a Workshop organized by state parties it was evident from research and data from EAIC Council Chaired by DR ANNALD NYASINGA ONGWENYI that research better development and analysis of current and future trends by professional and experts should be a key determinant of the success of East Africa and the Nations at Large.
