The Council on 5 th June 2023 in Arusha Tanzania ,has signed a strategic long-term strategy to review partner states strategies in development, EAIC led by its Chairman and Council Commissioners Dr Annald Ongwenyi indicated that a formal intergovernmental framework was being developed and the implementation phase would follow with a guarantee and support from the partner states ,this would assist in increasing more funding to the Council and in realization of the full potential of funding and
development.
