The Council Chairman DR Annald Nyasinga Ongwenyi PHD MSC BSC DIP Presided over the handing over report on utilization of the strategic funds to African Nations and Kenya in specific where it was indicated that the growth rate and the rate of funds utilization was above board @ 78% as per the projections of the year 2022/2023 projections.
